Becky’s leadership successfully revamped the YMCA of the USA’s single most important international funding raising project, a national annual campaign that involved the coordination of field divisions in 7 cities, and which ultimately benefitted YMCA youth and community development work worldwide. Her efforts demonstrated the ability to lead and motivate high powered corporate individuals as well as an untiring persistence and a commitment to detail and meeting deadlines. … Most notable perhaps is Becky’s ability to work effectively and respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
