Dates: Tuesdays, March 25 or 27, or April 29, or Wednesdays, April 9, 16, or 30. This is a single session for 3 hours of attendance credit.
Time: All sessions are 1:00 pm-4:00 pm U.S. Central Time; 2:00 pm-5:00 pm Eastern Time; Noon-3:00 pm Mountain Time; 11:00 am-2:00 pm Pacific Time; 10:00 am-1:00 pm Alaska Time; and 8:00 am-11:00 am Hawaii Time. Participants are welcome to eat breakfast or lunch during the session.

Live Zoom Meeting: Please plan to participate with video and audio. Participation works best in a private office where you can ask questions, share comments, and hear without distractions. Plan to use a laptop or desktop and not a cell phone for an optimal experience. Note: This training does not work well for groups participating from a conference room. It’s important for Becky to see and hear individual participants, which is difficult in a group setting. It’s fine for two people to share a desktop or laptop, but more than two become a challenge.
Don’t Miss the Zoom Link or Your Attendance Certificate: Enter Becky@bemidjiconsulting.com and Karib@bemidjiconsulting.com in your email contacts and please notify your IT/MIS Department to “allow” emails from Becky so your Zoom meeting link and materials don’t go to junk or spam folders. Important: If you register for others, please ensure that they also follow this step.
Registration Deadline: Please register by Monday, March 17, 2025 for the Early Bird rate of $95/participant. After March 17, the regular rate is $110/participant. Payment is due by March 24th. Payments received after that date should be made payable for $110/participant.

Cancellation Policy: All registrations are final. While there are no refunds for cancellations, substitute attendees are accepted at any point. For unavoidable cancellations, registrants may participate in a future online training on the same topic. The next publicly scheduled Conflict Management sessions are in Dec. 2025.
Rescheduling: If the training needs to be postponed due to presenter illness or family emergency, registrations will be moved to a future training on this topic. Becky will contact participants to reschedule.
