July 2026 Grants Management Fundamentals:

You Got the Grant! Now What?

Note: If you have a group of 20-25 participants, consider requesting a custom virtual or in-person training. Contact Becky to discuss this or to request a bid.

Dates: TU & TH, July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, & 28. This series includes 6 Sessions over 4 weeks for 12 Attendance Hours. Note: To maximize your benefit from this training, please plan to participate with video and audio from a private space.

Recordings: Sessions are recorded and a rough recording is posted to Becky’s YouTube channel with a recording link sent to participants within 48 hours following the session. If you need to miss one of the dates posted, you may watch the recording and send Becky “takeaways”.

Times: All sessions are two (2) hours with a short break: 2:00-4:00 pm Eastern; 1:00-3:00 p.m. Central; Noon-2:00 pm Mountain; 11:00 am-1:00 pm Pacific; 10:00 am – Noon Alaska; & 8:00 am-10:00 am Hawaii Time.

Registration Deadline: Please register by June 29th for the Early Bird rate. Payment is due by July 6th, 2026. Scroll down to complete the registration form.

Registration Fee: $350/participant if registration is received by June 29th. If payment will be received or postmarked after July 6th, please make payment in the amount of $400. All fees are included in these rates.

Pre-Workshop Assessment & Review: To maximize your benefit from the workshop, a pre-assessment link will be emailed in advance of the workshop asking questions about your agency/tribe/school/county. Your responses are anonymous.

Cancellation: Due to small class size, registrations for this live Zoom series are final upon submission. Substitutes may be sent at any time. While there are no refunds for cancellations, for unavoidable cancellations, when training is available, you are welcome to attend a future series of this online training for no additional cost or an in-person training for a meals/materials additional fee of $25/day. This Grants Management Fundamentals series is also currently scheduled for November of 2026.

Live, Online Training & Recordings: Becky will record sessions at the request of participants. If you will miss a session, let Becky know by Noon Central Time the day of class, and she will record it. An unedited recording will be posted to Becky’s YouTube channel with a 30-day link. Please schedule time to watch the session within the 30 days. Attendance credit is only provided for those sessions attended live.

Weather Policy for In-Person Presentations: The workshop will run unless electricity is not available at the venue or the venue closes for the day. You will be informed via a text or email the morning of the workshop. Please allow extra time to arrive safely.

Rescheduling: If the workshop is cancelled due to weather or presenter illness or family emergency, participant registrations will be moved to one of the scheduled future dates. Becky will contact you for your date preferences.
