Welcome, Milestones Staff!

Please note:  This is a two-part training.  Day 1 is Wed., Jan. 27th from 10:00-Noon and Day 2 is Wed., Feb. 3 from 10:00-Noon.  Please choose both date options when you register unless you are not available on both days.

Time:  All sessions are 10:00 am-Noon U.S. Central Time (2 Hours Attendance Credit).  Participants are asked to join by 9:50 a.m. and remain available until 12:15 p.m.

Day 1 Topics:  The Direct Service Professional’s Pledge, The Team Designed Alliance, Re-Envisioning Supervisory Check-ins to Support Staff When Working Remotely, & How We Keep Ourselves Engaged When Working From Home.

Day 2 Topics:   Improving Zoom Meetings for the Benefit of All Staff, What Can Milestones Do To Benefit Children and Parents/Caregivers  in 2021?  What can Milestones Do To Benefit Family and Center Providers in 2021?  What Would Support Milestones Staff?  How Do We Move Forward to Achieve Excellence in Client-Centered Support?
