September 2021 Developing Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Sept. 2021 Customer Service Training-Rev.

Date Options:   Dates remaining are Tues. & Thurs., Sept. 28 & 30, 2021.  New dates just added are Tues. & Thurs., October 19 & 21.

The training is a total of 4 hours so participants must attend on both Tuesday & Thursday.

Time:  All sessions are 10:00 am-Noon U.S. Central Time; 11:00 am-1:00 pm Eastern Time; 9:00-11:00 am Mountain Time; and 8:00 am-10:00 am Pacific Time; and 7:00 am-9:00 am Alaska Time.  Apologies to those participating from Alaska; all future trainings will have a more reasonable start time.  Participants are welcome to eat breakfast or lunch during the training.
