Registration Fee: The fee is $360/participant inclusive of all fees. There is a Pay Pal link below the registration form. Or, you may send a made payable to: Rebecca Schueller Training & Consulting, LLC. Please mail to: Rebecca Schueller Training & Consulting, PO Box 1513, Bemidji, MN 56619-1513. Payment is due by Friday, April 9, 2021. If checks or Pay Pal payments will be received after April 9, the fee is $385/participant.
W-9 Form: Visit the training tab to download Becky’s W-9 Form form to submit with a payment request to your Accounting/Finance Dept.
Registration Deadline: Please register by Monday, April 5, 2021 to ensure that you have time to complete the Pre-Assessment Survey sent to registrants. While there are no refunds for cancellations, substitutions are accepted at any point. Or, registrants may participate in a future online training.
