September & October 2024 Developing Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Fee: $125.00

Dates:   Wednesdays, Sept. 18 & 25, 2024 OR Fridays, Sept. 20 & 27, 2024 OR Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 (10:00-Noon & 1:00-3:00 with a 1 hour break for lunch.  Both Monday sessions are on US Central Time).  The training is a total of 4 hours so participants should plan to attend both sessions.  Wednesday & Friday sessions occur on two different days, while the Monday, Oct. 7 date is a single day with both sessions.

Times: 

Wednesday and Friday sessions in September are 1:00 pm-3:00 pm U.S. Central Time; 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Eastern Time; Noon-2:00 pm Mountain Time; 11:00 am-1:00 pm Pacific Time; 10:00 am-Noon Alaska Time; and 8:00 am-10:00 am Hawaii Time.

The Monday, Oct. 7 sessions are 10:00 am-Noon and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm Central Time on the same day with a 1 hour break for lunch at Noon; Eastern Time sessions are 11:00 am-1:00 pm & 2:00-4:00 pm with a 1 hour break for lunch at 1:00 pm; Mountain Time sessions are 9:00 am-11:00 am & Noon-2:00 pm with a 1 hour break at 11:00 am; Pacific Time sessions are 8:00 am-10:00 am & 11:00 am-1:00 pm with a 1 hour break at 10:00 am.

Your Comfort:  Participants are welcome to eat breakfast or lunch or snack during the session since we may span several time zones.

Registration Deadline:  For Sept. sessions, please register by September 3, 2024 for the Early Bird rate of $110/participant.  After Sept. 3, the regular rate is $125/participantFor October 7th, the Early Bird Deadline is Sept. 27.

Cancellation Policy:  All registrations are final.  While there are no refunds for cancellations, substitute attendees are accepted at any point. For unavoidable cancellations, registrants may participate in a future online training on the same topic.  Participants will be notified regarding date options if available.

Rescheduling:  If the training needs to be postponed due to presenter illness or family emergency, registrations will be moved to a future training on this topic.  Becky will contact participants to reschedule.
