October 2021 Developing Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Fee: $85.00

New dates were recently added for Tues. & Thurs., Oct. 19 & 21,  and Oct. 26 & 28, 2021.  The training is a total of 4 hours so participants must attend on both Tuesday & Thursday.

Time:  All sessions are 11:00 am-1:00 pm Eastern Time, 10:00 am-Noon U.S. Central Time; 9:00 am-11:00 am Mountain Time; 8:00 am-10:00 am Pacific Time; and 7:00 am-9:00 am Alaska Time.  Apologies to participants from AK.  Future session times will be more reasonable to welcome your participation!  Participants are welcome to eat breakfast or lunch during the session.

Registration Fee:  The Early Bird fee is $85/participant inclusive of all fees.  Please register by Monday, Oct. 18th when possible.

Registration Deadline:  Please register by Mon., Oct. 18, 2021 if possible.  While there are no refunds for cancellations, substitutions are accepted at any point. Or, registrants may participate in a future online training.  Online registration is preferred; simply scroll down to the registration form below.

Zoom Meeting Link:  To ensure you receive the Zoom Meeting Link, please add Becky@bemidjiconsulting.com to your email contacts.  And, please ask your MIS/IT Dept. to ensure that emails from Becky are on your server’s “allowed” list.  If you don’t receive an email two weeks before the training, please contact Becky to check in.

Cancellations:  All registrations are final and substitutes are accepted at any point.  Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations.  Whenever possible, you will be invited to join another online training provided by Rebecca Schueller Training & Consulting.
